What you can order

The shop carries the complete Infuzion System® range for professional use. Product information, ingredient lists and safety data sheets are published on the product pages; prices are shown when you are logged in.

Who can order

The shop is open to professional customers with an approved account: clinics and salons that offer Infuzion System® treatments, and the distributors who serve them in each market. Accounts are opened by us or by your distributor – there is no self-registration.

  • Clinics and salons

    Order treatment products, consumables and skincare for your own treatment room, at the price list linked to your account.

  • Distributors

    Manage your customers, their treatment credits and devices in the portal, and order at distributor prices with shipping invoiced by weight.

  • Not a customer yet?

    Contact us and we will connect you with the distributor for your market, arrange training and open your account.

How ordering works

  1. Apply for an account

    Contact us or your distributor. We verify that you are a professional customer and open your account with login details and your price list.

  2. Log in and order

    Browse the range in the customer portal, add products to the cart and enter delivery and invoice details. Prices are shown excluding VAT in EUR or SEK.

  3. Pay

    Pay by invoice with 15 days credit, or pay directly by card, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure payment page. You receive an order confirmation by email.

  4. Delivery

    Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden and normally arrive within 1 to 3 working days. Tracking details are sent when the carrier provides them.

Online payments are processed by Revolut. Your card details are entered on a payment page hosted by Revolut and never reach our servers.

  • Card and digital wallets

    Visa, Mastercard, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount is charged when the order is placed, and the charge appears on your statement under our business name.

  • Invoice

    15 days net for approved accounts. For orders above EUR 2,000, or if an earlier invoice is overdue, we may require advance payment.

  • Prices and VAT

    All prices are shown excluding VAT in the currency of your account, EUR or SEK. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. If you have a valid EU VAT number, enter it at checkout.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the purchase – never in cash.

Delivery and returns

  • Delivery countries

    Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United States. Other markets are served by local distributors.

  • Delivery time and cost

    1 to 3 working days from our warehouse in Sweden. Service point or door delivery from 45, express 150, excluding VAT in the order currency. Standard delivery is free for orders of 1,000 or more.

  • Returns

    Returns are accepted after agreement, within three months of the invoice date, for unopened products in original packaging. A return fee of 20 % applies.

Questions about the shop

No. The shop is a business-to-business shop for clinics, salons and distributors. If you would like an Infuzion treatment, use the clinic finder on our start page to find a certified clinic near you.
Contact us through the contact form or get in touch with the distributor for your market. We check that you are a professional customer, arrange training if needed and open your account. There is no self-registration.
Prices depend on your account, your market and your currency (EUR or SEK), and are shown excluding VAT once you are logged in. Public product pages show product information, ingredients and documents.
Invoice with 15 days credit for approved accounts, and online payment by Visa, Mastercard, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Online payments are processed by Revolut.
Yes. Card details are entered on a secure payment page hosted by Revolut, a licensed payment institution. We never see or store your full card number.
We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United States. Customers in other countries are served by their local distributor – contact us and we will put you in touch.
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned after agreement with us within three months of the invoice date, against a return fee of 20 %. Refunds are made to the original payment method. See the delivery and returns page for details.
Infuzion System® treatments are performed by trained personnel. Training and certification are provided by us and our distributors, and course material is available in the customer portal.
