Introducing myself! Who is Janneke, and can you tell us more about your clinic?
My name is Janneke, and I am 54 years old, a passionate skincare specialist, and the owner of Beauty Salon La Perle! Turning your hobby into your profession is fantastic. I've had my own business for 26 years in beautiful Lochem in the Achterhoek. We focus mainly on skin improvement at our skincare institute. Over these years, I've built a wonderful business, collaborating with a doctor and a skincare therapist for about 22 years now. This collaboration allows us to offer a comprehensive approach, effectively addressing any skin issue.
Why are you such a fan of the Infuzion system?
The Infuzion system is a fantastic addition to our salon. It's a method that was missing in our offerings, allowing us to introduce hyaluronic acid into the skin in a beautiful way.
The skin looks radiant and beautiful after the treatment. I have not experienced this result with any other treatment before. The skin looks 'rested' and fresh.
What is the customer response to the Infuzion system treatment?
The customer responses are pretty much the same: they notice the difference immediately after the treatment and are very enthusiastic about how fresh and rested their faces look.
Which treatments do you combine with the Infuzion system?
When I combine treatments, it's either with the Prx-t33 or with the Vivace (microneedling RF).
What are the characteristics or benefits of the Infuzion System that you consider crucial?
Certainly, the fact that no needles are involved, and the treatment is not 'painful.'
Why do you find the Infuzion System better than similar treatments?
It's a fantastic way to introduce hyaluronic acid deep into the skin without injections. I haven't seen a similar treatment before.
How many treatments did you sell in 2023?
I started on December 6th and sold 42 courses (3 treatments per client) and 25 individual treatments in December alone. Absolutely successful!
How did you achieve this tremendous success?
What I always hear from my clients is that I talk very enthusiastically and passionately about treatments or new treatments, which makes the customer excited. I always actively involve the customer on social media, including Infuzion. I often make a video of what I'm working on, what excites me when I've 'discovered' something new, etc. Additionally, I actively showcase result photos because that's what customers prefer to see! Finally, I devote ample attention to my newsletters and started with an introductory discount.
Do you have specific goals you set for yourself when selling the Infuzion System, and how did you achieve these goals?
Yes, I always set goals when I acquire something new, and I achieved these goals rapidly with this treatment! As mentioned earlier, I achieve my goals through social media, newsletters, and my own enthusiasm about the treatment.
How do you see the future of Infuzion within your clinic and in the Netherlands?
I see a bright future with this new treatment; it's a beautiful and now indispensable addition to my offerings. My goal is to grow within the Netherlands as 'the Infuzion destination.'
What are your personal goals and ambitions for the coming year?
My goal was to recoup the investment in the 'Infuzion device' within a month, and I've more than succeeded ;). Now, I am busy promoting Infuzion further and putting it on the map. Additionally, my goals are to continue as I always do. There's a new magazine planned for our salon, 'La Perle Beauty and Lifestyle,' where I discuss certain treatments and other lifestyle items. Of course, Infuzion will be featured this time. I always create this magazine myself, and it requires a lot of time and passion.
